1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("Client", "User", "you") and SAGE HOLDING LTD ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), located at Georgiou Karaiskaki 11–13, Carisa Salonica, Flat/Office 102, 7560, Pervolia, Larnaca, Cyprus.
By accessing our software, coaching programs, website, or using the "Fully Booked Tattoo" system (collectively, the "Services"), you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.
2. SUBSCRIPTION, BILLING, AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
2.1 The 14-Day Free Sprint ("Trial") We grant you access to our software and coaching materials for a period of fourteen (14) days at no initial cost ($0.00). This period is intended for you to implement our "14 Day Sprint" strategy.
2.2 Automatic Rollover to Paid Subscription IMPORTANT: By signing up for the 14-Day Sprint, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on file after the trial period ends.
Cost: Upon the expiration of the 14-day trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription at the rate of $97.00 USD per month.
Recurring Billing: This fee will be charged every 30 days thereafter until you cancel.
2.3 Authorization You confirm that you are the authorized holder of the credit card or payment method provided and explicitly authorize SAGE HOLDING LTD to charge the recurring subscription fee.
3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
3.1 How to Cancel You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel before your 14-day trial expires or before your next monthly billing date. Cancellation can be done within the software settings or by contacting our support team.
3.2 No Refunds for "Forgotten" Cancellations We operate on a strict no-refund policy for charges that have already been processed.
If you forget to cancel before the 14-day trial ends, the $97 charge is non-refundable.
If you forget to cancel a monthly renewal, the charge is non-refundable.
The service remains active until the end of the paid billing period, at which point it will terminate.
4. CONDITIONAL PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE ("THE PROMISE")
We state: "Our Promise is simple. We help you add an extra of $2000 in bookings in 14 Days." We stand by this promise with a specific conditional remedy. If you do not achieve $2,000 USD in booking value (appointments booked, deposits collected, or confirmed inquiries with intent to book) within your first 14 days, you may be eligible for a credit, subject to the strict adherence to the following conditions:
4.1 Eligibility Requirements To qualify for the remedy under this guarantee, you must prove that you have diligently executed the program. You must:
Watch and Complete: All step-by-step coaching videos provided in the 14-Day Sprint.
Upload Data: Upload a valid list of at least 100 past clients (leads/customers) into the software.
Execute Campaign: Launch and send the "Reactivation Campaign" exactly as taught in the coaching (using the provided scripts, timing, and follow-up) to those 100+ contacts.
4.2 The Remedy If you have fulfilled all requirements in Section 4.1 and failed to generate $2,000 in booking value:
You must email [email protected] with proof of your work (screenshots of the campaign, upload logs, and completion status).
Upon verification, we will not issue a cash refund. Instead, we will grant you a 50% Discount Credit applied toward a Yearly Subscription of our software/coaching services.
5. USE OF TEMPLATES AND LEGAL DISCLAIMER
5.1 Nature of Templates As part of the Services, we may provide sample text, forms, templates, or workflows (including but not limited to "Liability Waivers," "Intake Forms," "Consent Forms," or "Aftercare Instructions"). These materials are provided for informational and illustrative purposes only and serve merely as a starting point.
5.2 User Responsibility for Compliance You acknowledge and agree that SAGE HOLDING LTD is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Laws regarding tattoo services, health regulations, age of consent, and liability waivers vary significantly by country, state, and local jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to:
Review all templates and modify them to fit your specific business practices.
Consult with a qualified attorney in your jurisdiction to ensure that any waiver or form you send via our software complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws.
Ensure that your use of automated messaging (SMS/Email) complies with local telemarketing and data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, TCPA) regarding your own clients.
5.3 Release of Liability You explicitly agree that SAGE HOLDING LTD shall not be liable for any legal disputes, lawsuits, fines, or penalties arising from your use of our templates or software. If a third party (e.g., your client) sues you due to a faulty waiver, non-compliant form, or communication issue, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any resulting claims.
6. PRIVACY POLICY & COMMUNICATION CONSENT
6.1 Data Collection We collect personal information (name, email, phone number, payment details) necessary to provide our software and coaching services. Data is collected by fair and lawful means with your knowledge and consent.
6.2 SMS and Email Communication Consent By providing your phone number and email address during the registration process:
You explicitly opt-in to receive SMS notifications, system alerts, coaching updates, and marketing communications from SAGE HOLDING LTD.
You acknowledge that message and data rates may apply.
You can opt-out of SMS marketing at any time by replying "STOP" to any message.
6.3 Data Protection We implement commercially acceptable security measures to prevent data loss, theft, or unauthorized access. We do not share your personally identifying information with third parties, except as required by law or to process payments.
6.4 Cookies Our website and software use cookies to enhance your experience, remember your login preferences, and analyze site traffic. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect software functionality.
7. EARNINGS DISCLAIMER
7.1 Results Are Not Typical Any case studies, testimonials, examples, or screenshots of earnings and booking values shown on our website, social media, or in our coaching are only estimates of what is possible. They represent exceptional results from specific clients and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same outcome.
7.2 Your Responsibility Your success depends on a variety of factors, including your background, dedication, motivation, the quality of your tattoo work, local market conditions, and your existing client list size. As with any business endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that you will earn any money.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 Our Content All content included in the coaching, including videos, scripts, templates, code, and text, is the property of SAGE HOLDING LTD and is protected by copyright laws.
8.2 License to Use You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own individual business use. You may not share, resell, distribute, or teach our methods to third parties.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAGE HOLDING LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. SAGE HOLDING LTD and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
